The Opportunity:

We’re hiring Class 1 US/Canada Long-Haul Drivers to join our Airdrie team. Enjoy steady work, modern equipment, and a supportive environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 license
  • Minimum 2 years long-haul experience (including 2 consecutive winters)
  • At least 1 year of U.S. cross-border experience Included in the 2 years
  • Must live in Calgary/Airdrie area
  • MUST BE Fluent in English (read, write, speak) - this is a US Mandate
  • Willing to travel across Canada & U.S. for 6–10 days
  • Reefer experience required; meat inspection an asset 
  • Clean abstract (zero moving violations, <5 demerits)
  • FAST CARDS - are required but XTL will help with obtaining them for new employees

Do you currently live in the Calgary/Airdrie Area?*
Do you have a minimum of 2 years of Canadian long haul experience with at least TWO CONSECUTIVE winters of driving experience? (This would be long haul running across Canada or Canada/US experience)*
Do you have at least ONE FULL YEAR of Cross border experience?*
Due to the new mandates in the US:
Cross Border drivers MUST be fluent in English. This means you must be able to Read, Write and Speak English.
An English Test will be performed at the time of the In Person Interview
