The Opportunity:

We’re hiring Class 1 US/Canada Long-Haul Drivers to join our Airdrie team. Enjoy steady work, modern equipment, and a supportive environment.

Requirements:

Valid Class 1 license
Minimum 2 years long-haul experience (including 2 consecutive winters)
At least 1 year of U.S. cross-border experience Included in the 2 years
Must live in Calgary/Airdrie area
MUST BE Fluent in English (read, write, speak) - this is a US Mandate
Willing to travel across Canada & U.S. for 6–10 days
Reefer experience required; meat inspection an asset
Clean abstract (zero moving violations, <5 demerits)
FAST CARDS - are required but XTL will help with obtaining them for new employees

Starting pay: $0.59/mile (U.S.), $0.54/mile (Canada)

Do you currently live in the Calgary/Airdrie Area?*

Cross Border drivers MUST be fluent in English. This means you must be able to Read, Write and Speak English.
An English Test will be performed at the time of the In Person Interview
